Dine comfortably in your robe and sandals overlooking the surrounding forest as you indulge in our curated Chef's Tasting Menu, carefully designed to take you on a seamless journey through the diverse flavours of the Pacific Northwest. Once you've completed the Chef's Tasting Menu, we invite you to reorder your favourite dishes for an endless dining adventure that transcends the ordinary and leaves an indelible mark on your palate.

Chef Lukas
Lukas, a dedicated Red Seal Chef with extensive experience in prestigious venues like The Empress Hotel, Saveur Restaurant and the Union Club, in Victoria, discovered his culinary passion unexpectedly. Initially working at Boston Pizza as a young adult, it was his father's suggestion to try culinary school that ignited his interest. From the first day, he was hooked. His career was significantly shaped by his mentorship under Chef Boban Kovacheivich at Harrison Resort and Spa, a relationship that lasted 12 years and profoundly influenced his cooking style.
Lukas describes himself as a classically trained French Chef, with beef bourguignon epitomizing his culinary approach - versatile and timeless. He values the connection with nature in his work, sourcing ingredients from fishermen and ranchers to foraging in the forest. Lukas draws inspiration from his surroundings, enjoying off-roading in his jeep and experimenting with his favorite ingredients sourced locally from the Pacific North West.

At Treetop Tapas and Grill, we are dedicated to providing a memorable dining experience that stays true to Chef Lukas’ culinary vision. To preserve the integrity of our menu, we cannot make substitutions based on personal preferences or aversions. However, we offer a thoughtfully prepared special menu that is Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegetarian, and Tree Nut-Free to accommodate a variety of dietary needs.
With 48 hours’ notice, we are also able to adjust for specific restrictions, including Pescatarian diets, Seafood Allergies, Peanut Allergies (coconut must be acceptable), and pregnancy-related dietary needs. Please note that while we take every precaution, our kitchen is not allergen-free, and cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
