The Grotto Spa is home to a dining experience unlike any other in Canada, the Treetop Tapas & Grill, reserved exclusively for robed spa guests.
The concept of “Tapas” has evolved dramatically over the last several years and is now an internationally recognized form of contemporary cuisine.
The “Endless Tapas” concept is based on a progression of menu items created by our chefs to allow you to savour a wide variety of tastes. Once you have completed the chef’s presentation, please feel free to re-order any dish or finish off the experience with a savoury or sweet treat.
